1) Refunds/Replacements
- Replacements may be issued once valid proof of the issue is provided. You are required to start a recording before getting your product or redeeming it if the recording is started after you already got the product you will not be issued a replacement
- To replace something, we need evidence.
- No refunds, only replacements.
2) Warranty
- All products remain under warranty until the stated expiration date in their description. Warranty claims are only valid within that time period.
3) Verification for replacements
- To replace nitr0s we need a previous recording showing the code arrived and was invalid.
- If your PayPal is blocked/limited after purchase, we can’t refund or replace.
4) Usage & Conduct
- No warranty if there is a wave revoke.
- If you change FA account credentials, replacement rights are lost unless you are told otherwise.
- If our supplier scams us, we can’t process refunds/replaces.
- If my PayPal gets blocked, you accept that no refund/replace is given.

5) Limitations
- All products are for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for buyer misuse or illegal actions.
6) Changes to these terms
- We may update terms at any moment. Continuing to buy or use the store means you accept the latest version.
7) Liability
- If you own one of the services we sell and you want it removed, you can request it and we will remove it.
8) PayPal Rules
- Payments must be sent through “Friends & Family” with absolutely no notes attached if you aren't told to add one.
9) Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
- Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a payment after receiving your order will result in a permanent ban.
10) Direct Messaging Buyers
- Contacting buyers directly for any reason is strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate ban and the removal of your purchased/ordered services.
11) Ticket Abuse
- Spamming, mass pinging, or abusing the support ticket system may result in loss of product access.
